The staff was accommodating .

We experienced numerous issues . The towels provided were stained and appeared dirty, made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. There was a lack of attention to the basics. The bed sheets were also dirty, and this. It was like our concerns about cleanliness fell on deaf ears, ruining what should have been a relaxing getaway.

The location of this hotel just off many restaurants/stores, a baseball tournament and eatery's and shopping was nice and absolutely perfect. Beautifully presented and quiet units for a walk in shower, enjoyed it. The staff were really helpful and respectful and had a sense of humour.

BEDBUGS. Need I say more? My body is disfigured from getting bitten from head to toe. They will not refund any money, nor try to compensate in any way. Nor apologetic in any way.

The room wasnice and neat, equipped with a microwave, tv, and reliable fast Wi-Fi, crucial for my business needs. The staff was helpful, efficiently assisting with check-in and answering all my inquiries. I also appreciated the coffee and juice available in the lobby throughout the day.

The breakfast options were quite limited and not very appealing.
